Shipping and Delivery

NutraBreeze is committed to dispatching orders within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) of receiving them. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, and delivery typically occurs within 3-7 working days depending on the destination. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking indicates “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours for assistance.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order’s status until it arrives.

Returns and Replacements

We take great care to ensure product quality. However, if you receive an expired or incorrect product, we will accept returns and arrange for a replacement. Please note: all return requests must be accompanied by an unboxing video from the start to verify product condition.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Allergic reactions to the product.
  • Incorrect address entry by the customer.
  • Unintended product ordering.
  • Product no longer needed.

Exchanges are allowed within 2 business days of delivery if the product is sealed. A fee of INR 200 will apply for a one-time exchange pickup.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10-12 business days upon receipt and approval of the returned item. NutraBreeze will notify you once your refund is processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and partial refunds may be issued if only part of an order is returned.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

Payment Methods

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments are securely processed, and customers will only be charged the amount displayed on their final invoice.
